We just really love bagels.
Three friends, one tiny shop on Nazorjeva 6, and a stubborn belief that a great bagel is worth getting up early for. That’s the whole pitch.

How it started
It began the way most good things do, with an argument about where to find a proper bagel in Ljubljana. There wasn’t one. So we figured we’d better make one ourselves.
We taught ourselves to boil, then bake. We burnt a lot of early batches. We handed samples to anyone who walked by. Somewhere around batch forty, people started coming back, asking for more.
The craft
Every bagel is hand-rolled, boiled, then baked. That’s the non-negotiable part. Boiling is what gives the crust its shine and its chew, the thing that makes a bagel a bagel and not just a roll with a hole.
We torch the cheese until it blisters. We layer the fillings thick. We make the spreads in-house. Nothing fancy, nothing shortcuts, just the version we’d want to eat ourselves.

Three friends
No investors, no franchise playbook. Just the three of us, splitting shifts and arguing about cream cheese ratios. We each do the part we care about most.
Rolls at 4am
Up before the city, shaping every batch by hand so the first customer gets a bagel that’s still warm.
Runs the shop
Keeps the counter moving, the coffee flowing, and somehow remembers everyone’s usual order.
Makes it loud
Turns a corner bagel shop into a morning rave and makes sure the whole city hears about it.

More than a shop
Once a year we throw a Mornin’ Rave, coffee and bagels before sunrise, a DJ where the counter usually is. It sold out in an hour the first time, so we kept doing it.
We deliver to offices because we know the feeling of a good breakfast showing up at your desk. Turns out a lot of Ljubljana’s companies feel the same way.
Come say hey
We’re a corner shop, not a chain. Walk in, order at the counter, watch us torch your bagel. Or have us bring a stack to your office, either way works.
